The Onslow County Partnership for Children (OCPC) provides referrals, not recommendations for child care. The referral is based on the information received from the parent and from the provider. OCPC does not license or endorse any child care program. All licensed and registered child care is supervised and regulated through the Division of Child Development and Early Education. OCPC cannot guarantee that a child care space will be available with the providers on your referral listing. The information OCPC uses to process a referral is kept confidential. Specific client information is not released to a third party and is kept secure in a passcoded database.
